Bathing Services

Prices are based on your pet’s weight and breed. Every bath includes a full spa treatment:

Anal gland expression
Hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner
Paw pad moisturizer
Hot spot treatment (if needed)
Warm-air, pressure-controlled blowout — by hand

Full-Service Grooming

If a haircut is requested, full-service grooming also includes:

Hand-scissored face shaping
Full body haircut tailored to your pet’s breed and lifestyle

Handling Fees

Handling fees may apply in certain situations where extra time, care, or staffing is required to safely and compassionately complete your pet’s service. These fees are designed to reflect the additional resources needed to prioritize your pet’s comfort and our team’s safety. Handling fees are billed at $20 every 15 minutes.

Examples of when a handling fee might apply:

Pets that are especially anxious, reactive, or aggressive
Geriatric pets that require additional physical support
Dogs with mobility issues, open wounds, or medical equipment
Pets that are unaccustomed to grooming and need frequent breaks
Situations requiring two staff members for safety or restraint

All fees are discussed transparently before we begin, and we’ll always explain why a fee is being applied. Our goal is to provide a calm, positive experience for every pet — even if that means slowing down and taking a little extra time.

Deshedding Fees Explained

De-shedding is a meticulous, hands-on grooming process designed to remove your pet’s loose undercoat, reduce excess shedding at home, and support healthy skin and coat maintenance. It’s especially beneficial during seasonal coat changes or for double-coated breeds.

What’s Included in a De-Shedding Treatment:

Specialty crème rinse and shampoo, massaged into the coat for 5–7 minutes to release undercoat hair from the follicles and nourish the skin.
A 5–7 minute rinse to fully remove product and loosened hair.
Thorough blow-drying to separate the coat and prepare for tool work.
Multiple rounds of de-shedding with professional-grade rakes, combs, and specialty tools to gently remove the loosened hair.

Depending on the size, age, coat type, and temperament of the dog, this process can take anywhere from 30 to 75 minutes.

Why an Additional Fee May Apply:

Thick or double coats (like Huskies/Samoyeds/Pyrenees, Labs, and German Shepherds) require significantly more time and effort.
Excessive undercoat can clog tools and equipment, increasing cleanup and wear.
Precision and patience are required to remove impacted or seasonal coat without causing discomfort.

Our Pricing Structure:

De-shedding services are billed at $15 per 15 minutes. If your pet would benefit from this service, we’ll always notify you in advance with a transparent estimate based on breed, coat condition, and comfort needs.

Chauffeured Pet Limousines

Can’t stick around? We’ll call you 30 minutes before your pet’s service is complete.

Need a lift? Let your pup ride in style — we offer door-to-door chauffeured services in a Rolls Royce, Jaguar, vintage Alfa Romeo, or classic Cadillac stretch.

Pricing is comparable to an Uber Black ride.

The Fine Print

Time estimates are just that — estimates.
Any price quotes are general and may vary. Final pricing is based on your pet’s actual weight, condition, and physical examination.
All costs, health considerations, and service details will be reviewed and confirmed before we begin.

If you’re running late

Please arrive on time to ensure we have enough time to properly care for your pet. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and will need to reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply. Let us know as early as possible if you’re delayed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you have to reschedule

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Giving us advance notice helps us accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth schedule.
